Emily Casarona, President and CEO

As President of Tri-Side Consulting, Emily Casarona has put into action her passion for politics, community relations, event planning, and the promotion of charitable causes. Emily brings to Tri-Side’s clients many years of diverse experience from marketing tanks and assault weapons to the U.S. Government, to creating and organizing events for the U.S. Secretary of Education in cities and states all across the country.

Prior to founding Tri-Side, Emily was a Political Appointee in the George W. Bush Administration and served as the U.S Secretary’s [Acting] Deputy Regional Representative and the Deputy Director for External Affairs at the U.S. Department of Education in Washington, D.C. In this role, she was responsible for developing strategic messaging and outreach with respect to federal education policy. Emily was also the Department’s primary liaison to the sports and military communities where she was instrumental in identifying and working with professional athletes and military leaders to become advocates for the Department’s goals and vision. Since leaving the U.S. Department of Education, Emily has maintained and continued to build upon these relationships to promote a number of initiatives and charitable causes.

Before joining the Department of Education, Emily worked for the American Society for Training and Development in its policy and public leadership department. In this position, she focused on higher education and workforce development issues. Emily has also served as marketing director in Dallas, Texas for Singapore Technologies Engineering (North America), a global defense company specializing in military vehicles, weapons and munitions systems.

Emily earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from Kansas State University in Manhattan, KS. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for The Pro Players Classic, and spends countless hours as a volunteer for non-profit organizations, including Shape Up US and the ArmedZilla Foundation. She has also been involved as both a volunteer and staffer on Presidential and Congressional political campaigns.
